The Residence Pasha is a hillside holiday resort. The apartment is located 200m from the village centre of Oggebbio and 80m on level of the lake. Characteristically for the location is the sunny and quiet atmosphere and the terraced park, which is comprised of a great number of centennial plants and many different flowers.
Furthermore the residence guests have the possibility, crossing the rood, to use the swimming pool (18x8m, chairs, changing cubicles and toilet), children’s pool, 2 tennis courts, bocce, playground, barbecue area, landing stage(all included in the rental fee).
The parking area within the residence is gratuitous and exclusive for residence guests(entrance gate with access code). There are also a supermarket, a pharmacy and a post office at a walking distance of a few minutes.

This one-room flat with spacious balcony is located on the fourth floor(lift available). The balcony offers a great panorama of the Lago Maggiore with its picturesque castle set on the lake. The apartment is furnished for 2/3 persons and consists of a bed settee, a well-resourced kitchen unit, a private bathroom and a Tv.
